Elected Academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences in 2020, Professor Qing Li is a distinguished Chinese materials scientist whose research and professional work have focused on inorganic non-metallic materials, electronic glass, and display technologies. Born in 1965, he currently serves as President and Chief Engineer of Tunghsu Group Co., Ltd., and as Chairman of the Electronic Glass Branch of the Chinese Ceramic Society.

Professor Li’s research and industrial work have focused on the research and development of inorganic non-metallic materials, with particular emphasis on electronic glass, liquid crystal display (LCD) glass substrates, and advanced ceramic materials for the optoelectronics industry. Through sustained leadership of industrial research and development at Tunghsu Group, he has contributed to the development and domestic production of electronic glass and other key materials for the display industry in China. His work has addressed the development of material technologies, manufacturing processes, and related industrial capabilities for new display applications. He has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and holds multiple patents. Through continued engagement in industry-oriented research and technology innovation, Professor Li has contributed to connecting materials science and engineering with applications in electronic glass, optoelectronic materials, and the development of advanced display technologies.
